I bought the top of the line Husqvarna machine a few years ago and although I was thrilled with all the features I was disappointed that the regular stitch didn’t seem perfectly balanced. It was back to the store several times under warranty & I was assured that the stitch was fine. I happened to mention this to Paul shortly after he joined the store as a service technician and he asked me to leave it with him for a day. He discovered that something in the original factory setting needed adjusting and he fixed it. Just like magic my regular stitching was perfect and I was a happy owner! Paul listened to the issue with my machine and he stuck with the problem until he found the solution.
